SHIPPING

Siberian Time ships worldwide.

Within 24 hours of receipt of an order, the request is confirmed. On weekends and holidays, orders are not confirmed.

The effective management of the orders will only take place once confirmed the payment, process for which are necessary between 48 and 72 hours in bank transfer.

The shipment will be made between 1 and 2 working days, after confirmation of payment.

RETURNS

We would love that everything we send out would be perfect and everyone would like it, but unfortunately, that is impossible. If there is any problem we will do our best to solve it.

 

All products purchased at www.siberiantime.com may be returned and refunded, provided that the customer sends an email to info@siberiantime.com informing of their intention to return the products purchased within a maximum period of up to 14 calendar days counted from The date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are fulfilled:

  1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product. For the case that can not be made with the box with which it was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective box in order for the product to arrive at the store of the Holder with the maximum possible guarantees.
  3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the products returned and the reason for the return are also marked.

If the reason for the return is due to www.siberiantime.com (the product is defective, it is not the one that was requested, etc.), the refund amount will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise the cost of the return costs will be borne by the customer. 

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Inform info@siberiantime.com that you want to return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  2. The owner will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
  3. The customer must send it through a courier company of his choice. The return must be paid by the customer.
  4. Inform the courier company used, date and time of the return.


PAYMENT METHODS

You can make the payment through the following modalities:

Siberian watches have a 2 year warranty by default.
